Women’s History Month

March is Women’s History Month.  While everyone except NASA (Yes, their YouTube channel has profiles of Black people this month?!), Jeopardy! and Attorney General Holder pretended Black History Month no longer exists because we elected our first African-American President, I will blog ad nauseum about Women’s History Month. So, to start this off with guns blazing I think this video of  a C-SPAN  interview with Congreswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA), who has been elected chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus is most timely.

What is especially tragic about this insightful and candid interview from a spectacular woman from the (real) Bay Area (South Bay and East of the Oakland Hills do not count) is that this video only has 864 views.  And I am one of those.
